This is so FRANKEN fun.

Hi guys, recently I found out what 'franken' is. It is when you combine nail polishes or pigments to create a new polish. This is not my first franken I've made, but it is my first franken made by eyeshadow and clear polish. I mixed pink,silver,and purple eyeshadow into the clear polish. As I painted nails,  the nail polish turned matte! This is my first matte and I hate it. It chips so easily and quickly. I cannot wait to try on the other frankens I have made!  Thanks for reading!

I bought this polish @ the dollar store even though I was suspicious about how this product is dirt cheap. It is a brown polish that shimmers gold in the sunlight. This color is absolutely gorgeous even though I hate the color brown.

Gradient Nails (Sponge)

Kind of looks matte doesn't it? (sun)

 This time I used 2 different colors for my gradient nails. i find this technique easier and it really does looks like a gradient! The polishes I used: Finger Paints Artistic Azure, F21 Frosted Periwrinkle, Top Coat.

Sally Hansen Color Quick Turquoise.

 The application is very streaky especially for the second coat. I cannot complain about the price because the pen originally cost 8 dollars but I found this @ the 99 cents store. The pen is difficult to use because it is not very consistent. The only thing that I liked about this pen is that it dries fairly quickly.

Love & Beauty Frosty Periwinkle

First off I just want to say that this color is freakin' gorgeous! It is metallic and like the color name, it is frosty.This was 3 coats. The brush was easy to handle and made application easier. The only thing that sucked is the fact that it is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY STREAKY.  Thanks for reading!

Essie Scarlett O'hara & Essie Mademosille

2 Coats

Scarlett O'hara is a shimmery red polish that shines beautifully under the sunlight. This is only TWO coats which is great because a great majority of Essie polishes need THREE coats for the nail to be completely opaque. I love this more on my toes than on my nails. The summer sun gives these toe nails an amazing glow.

Got some cleaning up to do.

Applying this was like a dream.

Lastly, I painted my nails Mademosille. It is a sheer pink which is perfect for french manicures.
